An 18th Century town centre hotel, pub and tavern in Brigg, once visited by the Prime Minister Winston Churchill during World War II, is being marketed by commercial real estate specialists Colliers at a guide price of £950,000.
The Exchange Coach House Inn was built around 1760 and still retains many of its historic features. It has successfully traded as an independent hotel, bar and restaurant during the last 38 years by owner Joseph Mullen until the business closed in 2020 to allow a complete refurbishment of the Exchange Tavern, a much-anticipated new establishment for Brigg town centre.
